Booking Policy & Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by MWA Hair.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms;

1. Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Monika offers a mobile service and travels to the client’s home or agreed location to provide hairdressing services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the end of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure there is a safe and suitable space available for the service to take place, including access to lighting, electrical socket and sufficient space for equipment.

5. Health & Safety

Clients should inform Monika of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or medical conditions that may affect hairdressing services prior to the appointment.

Monika reserves the right to refuse service if there are concerns regarding health, safety, or hygiene.

6. Colour Services

At present, Monika specialises in cutting and styling services only. Colour services may be introduced later in the year depending on demand.

Clients are welcome to register their interest in colour services for future availability.

7. Liability

Monika will take every care to provide professional services. However, Monika cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing hair or scalp conditions that may affect the final result of the service.

8. Travel

Mobile services are available within the local service area. A travel fee may apply for appointments outside the standard service area please get in contact if unsure.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in place at the time of booking.
